On a cruise ship heading to Cenancle Island, Nene Nanakorobi, a full-body cyborg with dreams of global harmony, meets inventor Uzal Delilah and his pet cyborg Clarion. Despite their differences in abilities, the three quickly become friends. However, their peaceful existence is threatened when terrorists attack the island. In an attempt to save her friend, Uzal gives Nene the ability to use the Pandora Device found within Clarions body before seemingly dying. With this newfound power, Nene can temporarily master previously unseen abilities and skills. Together with Clarion, they embark on various missions to promote world peace, but face challenges such as B.U.E.R., a sentient laser in the form of a misshapen teddy bear with perverted intentions and uncontrollable power. Additionally, Nenes guardian Takumi Korobase is also interested in B.U.E.R. The weight of their mission to save the world and prevent B.U.E.R from falling into evil hands puts a strain on their friendship. Can they overcome these obstacles and achieve their goal of global harmony?
