The group consisting of Kindaichi and his companions arrives at a hot spring but becomes lost and eventually lands in an old and ominous hotel. They are informed that this establishment was once home to a vampire, and someone had met a tragic end here, with bite marks on their neck found upon discovery. Six years ago, a young girl was discovered in the basement of the hotel with similar markings. Recently, one guest has been murdered, and Miyuki has encountered an attacker possessing fangs, suggesting that the vampire may still be present.
