Xiyou Ji: Dasheng Guilai

The story revolves around the legendary Monkey King, known for being unbeatable in combat and having the ability to traverse Heaven, Earth, and Hell at will. However, after disregarding certain rules set by the gods, he was punished by being imprisoned in an ice cage located under a mountain range. This imprisonment led to darkness spreading across China. In search of safety from attacking monsters, a young boy sought refuge in the mountains and stumbled upon a mysterious icy pillar bound with chains. By touching it, he broke the spell and set off the events depicted in Monkey King: Hero is Back.
