In the near future, Tokyo was devastated by a massive earthquake, resulting in the destruction of the city. A new metropolis called MegaTokyo was then constructed with the help of a multimillion-dollar corporation, Genom Corp. Genom developed and manufactured biomechanical creatures known as Boomers to aid in rebuilding MegaTokyo. However, when the supply of Boomers began to dwindle, the ADPolice attempted to control them, but they proved to be far more challenging than anticipated. As a result, a group of four girls from diverse backgrounds united under the name Knight Sabers to protect MegaTokyo against Genom and its out-of-control Boomers.
