Gou-chan comes to Earth in search of heart plasma that can restore peace on his planet EX Panda. He meets a human girl named Moko and several unusual animals called Chinjuumin. They spend their days together, but problems arise when humans try to capture the Chinjuumin for research purposes. Meanwhile, Mokos family life becomes complicated with her grandmother's arrival from the city.
