およげ!たいやきくん

The tune from the children's TV show Hirake Ponkikki was first released as a CD in 1975. Later, it became part of an anime DVD with a music video that came out in 2008. In this song, Taiyaki-kun and other taiyaki pancakes express their frustration about being cooked on a hot plate every day. They escape to the sea but are eventually caught and eaten by an angler.
