In a world where Earth has been decimated by an apocalypse, all of its water sources have become poisonous except for those stored in a secure reservoir. A man named Sanga has established The Lastland, a fortified zone that serves as humanity's last hope for survival. Recently, a group of villagers discovered safe drinking water outside the boundaries of The Lastland. Sanga is aware of this and intends to raid the village to seize the water source.
As Sanga and his band of ruthless killers approach the village, they are confronted by an enigmatic figure who emerges out of thin air. His name is Kenshiro, a skilled martial artist known for his mastery of Hokuto Shin Ken. Kenshiro is determined to stop Sanga at all costs and will use his formidable abilities to defend the villagers and their precious water source. Despite Sanga's relentless pursuit of the water, Kenshiro remains steadfast in his resolve to protect it and ensure that humanity's future is secure.
