After their impressive graduation performances, the second-year students at Ayanagi High School start preparing for the upcoming festival. This year, without their Kao Council mentors, they have more freedom to create their own show. With the goal of performing together, the students decide on a joint production. The festival's opening ceremony will also serve as an opportunity to reveal the candidates for next year's Kao Council. Unfortunately, Team Hiiragi is chosen to perform during the opening ceremony, preventing them from taking part in the collaboration. This news upsets and angers Hoshitani and his peers, causing a rift between them and the Kao Council. Determined to fulfill their dreams, the students devise a plan to ensure that all second-year students can perform on stage together.

Starmyu 3rd Season was released on six limited first-edition Blu-ray and DVD sets from August 21, 2019 to December 24, 2019.
