Yokosuka Girls' Marine High School buzzes with energy as it hosts interschool competitions involving other girls-only maritime high schools. Students from various grades gather and socialize during festivals and tournaments. Meanwhile, Akeno Misaki, captain of the esteemed Harekaze class, and her executive officer Mashiro Munetani experience mixed emotions when their instructor informs them about an opportunity for Mashiro to lead the Hiei class. This requires Mashiro to make a tough call quickly, while Akeno must confront the situation head-on. Additionally, Yokosuka encounters another challenge when pirates seize a water purification plant and fortress, endangering the safety of the sea. Now, Akeno and Mashiro must steer the Harekaze class through a critical predicament while grappling with their own difficulties.
