Aru Zombie Shoujo no Sainan, The Misfortune of a Certain Zombie Girl, Calamity of a Zombie Girl, あるゾンビ少女の災難

On a scorching summer afternoon, five university students covertly entered the library's storage area in search of treasure. They stumbled upon two sets of ancient Italian female mummies approximately 14-20 years old. One student, Sayaka, discovered that one of the mummies contained a precious stone known as "stone of life," which granted them superhuman strength and eternal life. With their newfound power, the two mummy girls awoke after a century slumbered and transformed into bloodthirsty zombies, determined to reclaim their stolen treasure at any cost. The only way for the students to escape is by finding a method to eliminate the undead duo before they can inflict further harm upon them. Will they succeed in surviving this gruesome encounter?

A 45-second promotional video was released on July 1, 2012 for the anime adaptation. The proposed anime was assumed to have been cancelled until new information was announced in April 2018.
