In modern-day Boston, Dracula unexpectedly attends a Satanic ritual where Delores is intended as the sacrifice. Despite being captivated by her beauty, he cannot bring himself to drink her blood and instead decides to settle down with her and father a child named Janus. However, Draculas enemies are closing in on him-a group of vampire hunters including Hans Harker, Frank Drake armed with crossbows, and even a descendant of Dracula himself are hot on his trail. Additionally, Satan has taken away Draculas powers as punishment for his actions against Delores. In order to regain his abilities and protect himself and Janus from the relentless hunters, Dracula must seek out another vampire who can restore his powers so that he may both vanquish his foes and avenge the death of his beloved son at the hands of vindictive Satanists.
