A marionette with a special circuit called otome kairo that makes her almost human-like. She is the most childish of the main marionettes, characterized by her naive, lively, sunny, peppy, and playful personality. Limes often asks questions about life to Otaru. The quickest of the three, she has incredible speeds that rival those of the Hanagata Mitsurugi 3000GT seen in episode one. She has long blue hair tied back with a yellow scarf adorned with a red ornament bubble. Her clothing consists of a white jacket with a yellow trim over a black bodysuit, and her feet make a squeaking sound when she walks, similar to the noise of gears grinding and a toy hammer squeak.
