In Link manga, Tokio's rival is Fluegel, who is also part of the Schicksal guild in RX version of The World. Their goal is to gather Chrono Cores, which can be found within The World. Despite his enigmatic demeanor and tendency to conceal his true intentions, Fluegel's name translates to "wing" or "grand piano" in German.
