In Godzilla Singular Point, Rodan is a new kaiju that appears alongside Godzilla for the first time. The character of Rodan has been present since feudal times as shown in one festival scene where it emerges with Koshira (Godzilla) from the red sea. Rodan's design on Singular Point resembles a real Pterosaur, featuring a large head and wings for movement. Throughout the story, Rodan undergoes two forms: Juvenile, which has a weak body, pinkish skin, and travels in groups; and Adult, which has darker skin, is more single-minded, and heads directly towards its goals while attacking anything that stands in its way. Additionally, Rodan can emit radio waves and is attracted to them, causing it to emerge from the sea and wreak havoc on towns.
