Mikado  

The Mikado is the emperor of Ji Pang, a country with beautiful female companions who possess magical abilities. He identifies himself as "we". Ludwigs behavior towards women does not sit well with him, so he presents his party with two options: they can search for Kaguya-hime and repair their ship if successful or be attacked by arrows.
