Westa  

Westa is one of the Original Dozen and shares authority with Volk. However, unlike Volk, Westa approaches problem-solving in a peaceful manner. She deeply cares about the people of the planet and her concern for them, coupled with the fact that she does not age due to the same life-lengthening technology as Volk, has led many to view her as almost divine.
