Saphir is one of two princesses in the kingdom of Maasa, known as the Water Country. She assumes the role of Ring Princess in order to help her sister, Saphira, reunite with Marse and save their kingdom from Empire influence. As part of this arrangement, she marries Satou, becoming his fourth wife. Saphir is described as slender and beautiful, with long white robes adorned with gold bands on her arms and Roman sandals on her feet. She has dark blue hair and dragon horns that curve forward. Despite her blunt and rude demeanor, which can be typical of Tsundere personality traits, she deeply cares for her sister and Satou. Like Granart, she shows no embarrassment when it comes to being seen naked by Satou or wearing revealing clothing such as bikinis.
