Elgala is an agent of ACROSS and competes with Excels affections towards Ilpalazzos. She has a condition that makes her unable to keep her thoughts to herself, often speaking aloud what she's thinking or feeling. Being a snob, her thoughts are usually critical and can be irritating to others, including Excel. Elgala is known for having refined tastes but they don't align with the austerity that Excels demands, leading to frequent conflicts between them. Additionally, there's secrecy surrounding Elgalas missions for Ilpalazzos, which only adds tension to her relationship with Excel. She appears in the manga only.
