Patricia, or Shia Hattori as she's also known, is an escort captain in Mahou Shoujo Ikusei Keikaku ACES and leads a mercenary group. She goes by the nickname "gorilla" due to her exceptional melee combat skills. Her magical handcuffs have the ability to nullify opponents' magic, regardless of where on their body they are applied. These cuffs cannot be destroyed and require a key to be removed.
