Kaori Ninotsugi, also known as Rain Pou in the Mahou Shoujo Ikusei Keikaku series, is one of the main characters. She's a Namiyama Middle School student with many friends and can create rainbows that are strong enough to resist Magical Girls' strength and sharp enough to cut their bodies.
