The older twin with a serious demeanor and colder personality. he takes his responsibility of acquiring the penguin drum very seriously, even if it means resorting to questionable methods. he has red hair and enjoys more female attention than his brother. in his past, he was known as a playboy who only dated women for short-term pleasure before discarding them. this led some heartbroken girls to band together in order to seek revenge on him. it seems that kanba harbors feelings for himari, while shouma and ringo were also born on the day of the sarin gas attack in tokyo. throughout the story, his dedication to keeping himari alive becomes more apparent, as does his role as the eldest brother responsible for maintaining their financial stability and lifestyle.
