Shuten Douji, also known as Assassins True Name, was a powerful figure during Japan's Heian Era. She was classified as an "anti-hero" due to her unique background and actions. Born on Mount Ibuki, she is said to be the child of Yamata-no-Orochi and a human girl. Another origin story claims that she descended from the Dragon King Kuzuryuus godsend. Despite these different stories, Shuten Douji was known for her command over many fearsome demons as well as being the king of Mount Ooe. Today, Shuten Douji continues to live according to her own desires and whims. She is also a collector of antiques and rarities, particularly interested in the red dragon that dwells on Sakata Kintokis arm. However, it seems that she values rarity and appearance over performance and history, which may make her incompatible with the King of Heroes' ideals.
