Graham Specter is a mechanic who belongs to Ladd Russos loyal group of followers. He was taught how to fight by Ladd himself and is considered one of the powerful members of the Russo family. Although he did not participate directly in any major events in the anime, he deeply admires Ladd, whom he refers to as his "older brother" or "boss ladd." Graham's attitude towards violence and murder can be compared to that of Ladd. He is obsessed with breaking things, which often leads him to dismantle cars, but sometimes results in a desire to harm other people as well. Dressed in a blue mechanics outfit and carrying an oversized monkey wrench, Graham has a tendency to speak frantically, repetitively, and philosophize violently before changing his mood and viewing the same issue in a positive light.
