Natsume is a Japanese woman who serves as both Canaan's employer and informant. Despite initially finding his single-mindedness in seeking revenge for Siam's death annoying, she remains calm and punctual while interacting with him. Although Natsume can be manipulative, she does not care much about the people she employs. She is acquainted with Santana and often gives him advice on how to treat Hakkō well.
