Kokushibo is a member of the Twelve Demon Moons, holding the position of Upper Moon One.
Spoilers:
In a fight with the Demon Slayers in the Dimensional Infinity Fortress, he killed Muichiro and Genya in battle.
After being unable to replicate his brothers Sun Breathing technique, he created a derivative called Moon Breathing.
Before becoming a Demon, he was a Demon Slayer named Michikatsu Tsugikuni.
