Fourth-year student Mineru resides in Seikans' "Goddess Dormitory" and is passionate about researching toxic gases. Despite this interest, her experiments frequently fail, earning her the nickname "Walking Toxic Gas Emitter." Comfortable while experimenting, she prefers wearing only panties and an unbuttoned shirt. Mineru discovers Koshi Nagumo unconscious on a street due to hunger and brings him to her dorm. After providing food and introducing him to the other residents, she suggests he become their dorm mother.
