Viviano is a security officer who worked in Green Dolphin Street Prison for three years after serving time at a Miami customs house. He enjoys provoking inmates and placing wagers with his colleagues while doing so. According to him, prisoners are the lowest of society's members. As part of his job, Viviano must keep prisoners under control on a daily basis, which has given him expertise in certain techniques that prevent them from resisting, such as effective headlocks.
