One of several individuals who worked on Anya Forger's research before she fled the organization. They disregarded her wishes, compelling her to focus solely on studying global harmony rather than allowing her to draw, play or express herself emotionally. Two men were also part of the team responsible for Bond's "Project Apple" experiments.
