Jason used to be the captain of an elite u.s. army team called mad dogs. he served in penamstan during a war, where he witnessed a traumatic event. afterward, he became a federal agent and worked with leon scott kennedy under president graham. despite not much being known about his background, in 2000, jason led the mad dogs squad on a mission to save survivors of a helicopter crash involving u.s. special forces in penamstan. however, they were ordered to stand their ground but instead chose to go and rescue them. unfortunately, the special forces had already been wiped out, and his team was forced to flee for survival. six years later, jason and four other agents were invited to investigate a hacking incident on a top-secret white house file.
