Shi Qingxuan (师青玄) is one of the Five Elemental Masters in the Heavenly Court. He is also known as Lord Wind Master Qingxuan (风师青玄). He is the younger brother of Shi Wudu and one of the Four Famous Tales - "The Young Lord Who Pours Wine" (少君倾酒, Shào Jǖn Qǐng Jǐu).
Shi Qingxuan is a kind-hearted man who enjoys teasing others but never with malicious intent. He tends to get overwhelmed under pressure and can become unhinged, laughing wildly and speaking nonsense. However, when his friends need him, he rises to the occasion and accomplishes what he sets out to do.
Shi Qingxuan is very popular and friendly, able to befriend people of all statuses in both the Heavenly Court and on Earth. He is described as having a natural charisma that draws others towards him.
Since he is often worshiped as a female version of himself and often transforms into a woman, he was given the nickname Lady Wind Master (风师娘娘, Fēng Shī Niáng Niang).
