Yoshimura
Kuzen, Manager, 芳村
Yoshimura is a ghoul who manages the Anteiku café. He aims to assist all ghouls, particularly those unable to hunt on their own. He takes in Ken Kaneki and attempts to aid him in surviving as a ghoul.
Spoilers:
He is Etos father, and is the other one eyed owl.
In the past, he went by the name Kuzen (功善).
