Wilson was an American politician who held the position of Secretary of Defense for the Graham Administration. Prior to that role, he had been a Colonel in the US Army. During his tenure, he played a part in the US involvement in the Penamstan Civil War in June 2000. After Graham's election, Wilson retired and later served as Secretary of Defence where he was known for being strict and demanding more funding for the military.
