Tatsu, 市村 辰之助

Tetsu is an older brother/guardian who is overprotective and easily worried. He is polite, soft-spoken, and down to earth. After losing their parents, he had to take care of himself and his brother. Although he has a more pacifist outlook, he works as a bookkeeper for the Shinsengumi. Tetsu tries not to think about revenge for his parents' deaths, but it is harder to convince his younger brother to do the same. Tatsu often apologizes for his little brother.
