Oboro Shirakumo  

Loud Cloud, 白雲 朧

Shirakumo Oboro, also known as Loud Cloud (ラウドクラウド), was a student in Class 2-A at U.A. High School who trained to become a Pro Hero. He had long, wavy light blue hair that flowed upwards above his head and two shorter tufts hanging downwards on either side of his face. Oboros usually wore an expression of excitement with a large grin and inward-tilting blue eyes that were often squeezed shut. At U.A., he wore the standard male uniform consisting of a light gray blazer with dark turquoise trimmings over a white dress shirt and pants, along with a red tie and a small rectangular bandage on his nose. His hero costume was made up of a closed dark blue martial arts Gi secured by a black knot-tied obi over his waist, boots, gloves, an undershirt, a brown aviator jacket with white fur lining, a blue aviator hat with mufflers and an opening that allowed his hair to protrude from the top, goggles, and a sheath for storing his quarterstaff. Oboros was known for his jovial and casual personality, often making jokes and witty comments with innuendos. Despite this, he had little regard for protocol or shame and paid little attention to criticism or reprimands. However, the most defining aspect of his character was his selfless altruism, always willing to go above and beyond to help others.
