Oldina  

Oldina is an intergalactic police officer who has been sent to Earth to assist D.D. in locating and eliminating the Maguar scattered throughout Hokkaido. Upon her arrival, she discovers that one of D.D.'s Ribers units had come into contact with Tsubasa and was transformed into Hikaru, which violated a primary protocol by interacting with humans. Oldina is not fond of using Ribers in combat and prefers to attack the Maguar from afar with long-range weaponry. She also exhibits an unfriendly demeanor towards the twins. Despite this, she begins to develop a fascination for life on Earth as D.D. does.
