Roba, ローバ

Rōba (ローバ) is a female character from One Piece's seventh movie and serves as the main antagonist's mother, Ratchets. She was discovered by the Straw Hat Pirates at the start of the film inside a chest. The crew agrees to return her home on Karakuri Island in exchange for a legendary treasure hidden there. Although she is Ratchets mother, Rōba does not support his plans to control the giant turtle and take over the world. She frequently tries to persuade him otherwise, but ends up being imprisoned in the castle's dungeon with the Straw Hats. In the end, after Ratchet's defeat, she spanks him.
