Theoto Rikka is an Alba member who serves as a Processor for Spearhead Squadron's Laughing Fox codename. He is known to be straightforward and brutally honest with his thoughts, using sarcasm and blunt language in his words and humor. In Volume 1, he was particularly vocal in criticizing Lena. Although Theo harbors a grudge against most Alba members, he acknowledges that there are some honorable ones due to an incident from his past where his squadron leader refused to retreat, allowing the rest of the Colorata comrades to escape. This experience deeply affected him and led him to adopt the dying squadron leader's personal mark - a laughing fox. Theo is also an artist and often draws in a sketchbook.
