Clemene is a dragon from the Harmony Faction who hates both humans and Chaos dragons. He swore to eliminate the latter group. When he followed Llulu to Earth, he almost killed her. However, Kobayashi and Tohru intervened to save her. Despite their oath not to harm humans, Clemene punched Kobayashi in spite of this. In response, Tohru became enraged and beat him severely before erasing his memories.
