McQueen is an inmate at Green Dolphin Street Prison who works as a janitor while struggling with suicidal thoughts. After receiving the Stand Highway to Hell from Whitesnake through a Stand Disc, he connects his impending death to Ermes Costello and attempts to take his life multiple times.
