The city of Lior is located in a remote region of the East where Rosé lived. She was deeply devoted to following the teachings of Cornellos because she believed that he would use his powers to bring back her boyfriend Kain who had passed away. However, instead of bringing Kain back, Cornello created a chimera with the ability to mimic Kains voice using talking parrot. When Rosé discovered this deception, Cornello imprisoned her in a room with it and used an incomplete Philosophers Stone to make the chimera attack her. Al and Ed came to her rescue and together they exposed Cornellos dishonesty, leading to his downfall.
