Shunya serves as the Chief of Staff for Kyushino District's "Misakioku" administration bureau under Yamamoto. Despite being an employee from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he was reassigned to work at an administrative office due to orders from his superiors. Following a mysterious alert at Misakioku and reaching out to Ootaki Factory, Shunya became involved in the battle against Godzilla.
