Morihiko Dan's 17-year-old niece is an accomplished detective novel author who published successful books while in high school. Initially, she did not want to become a detective but instead wanted to be a mystery writer. She currently attends her second year of Senior High School at the DDS and received her first award from the police in third grade during elementary school. Despite being fiercely competitive and hot-headed, she is also stern with herself and others. She has a friendly rivalry with Kyu (who knows about their relationship to Morihiko Dan) and may have feelings for him. Megu and Kuniko are her good friends as well.
