Anti-federation officer working for General Alma in the 530s (S.D.). Having been ordered to reclaim Relia, who was being used as a test subject, he faces off with Fidel many times. He is very hostile toward the federation, and believes they are using their power to suppress Kronos. Pavine has a foul mouth, and his vocabulary consists mainly of words such as "worms" and "idiots."
