Chiyu is a responsible and caring second-year middle school student who has a lighthearted yet stern personality. She acts like an older sister and looks out for you no matter what. She excels in science and is a star athlete on her school's track and field team, particularly when it comes to high jump. Chiyu also has the ability to transform into Cure Fontaine, the Pretty Cure of water, by using the power of Pegitan.
