Kouji Oki is a B-rank Sniper who belongs to the Ikoma Unit. He's laid back and self-assured. There's a tendency for him to behave in an overly flirtatious manner with younger girls, giving them compliments while implying that he wishes they were his sisters. Despite this, Kouji denies being popular among women and is quite secretive about it. However, during the sixth round, he contested Touma's claim that he was slow to shoot at Chika because she appeared to be going for a mutual hit, arguing that she was too cute for him to pull the trigger. This behavior has been interpreted as part of an "innocent" persona, but it's worth noting that Kouji is actually willing to shoot, even if he finds targeting younger girls more distasteful than any other type of prey.
