Seiga Riku is the undersecretary at Censorate, commonly referred to as the "Official Killer" due to his ruthless pursuit of officials. During Shuurei and Suous investigation into counterfeit currency and artwork, he posed as an official seeking employment in order to monitor their actions. In reality, he was sent by someone else to keep track of Shuureis activities. Seiga is a driven and skeptical individual who does not hold Shuurei in high regard because of her optimistic perspective on working for the government. He frequently harasses her. Despite this, Shuurei views him as a senior while she was serving as a censorate official and considers him a rival, hoping to earn his approval through her own efforts. Although he is reluctant, Seiga reciprocates this relationship.
