He frequently saves Thorfinn and other individuals from harsh treatment through both reasoning and his formidable combat abilities. Despite this, Snake rarely allows emotions to cloud his judgment. Snake seems to have a strong bond with Ketil and his father, but he remains guarded about their relationship, stating that they are simply acquaintances. In terms of age, Snake appears to be in his middle to late 30s. Unlike many other characters, Snake has dark hair and a beard, which suggests that he is not of Norse descent. His Oriental saber and equipment further support this notion.
