Keiya utou serves as the primary male protagonist in both the manga and anime adaptations of a story. as a bodyguard for yakuza boss's granddaughter, isaku senagaki, he is tasked with safeguarding her from harm. despite being 15 years old, keiya lies about his age to attend the same high school as isaku in order to better protect her. throughout the story, keiya develops romantic feelings for isaku and frequently refers to her as his father, mother, brother, friend, and lover. his protective nature often leads him to be possessive of isaku.
