Kazuhiro Kitase is the main character in the story who can explore dreams. Although he enjoys spending time there more than reality, he takes great care to ensure a good night's sleep. His culinary skills are exceptional due to his ability to bring food and drinks into his dream world. However, he lacks motivation for work and has a lethargic tone of speech. People around him often perceive him as unmotivated. In the dream world, he appears younger than his actual age.
