Sosukes Arm Slave classmate who shares the same level of passion for AS as him and could be considered his best school friend besides Kaname. His father, Shintaro Kazama, is a secretary in Narashinos Assault Machine Troop and his love for AS began after his dad failed to become an AS pilot. Despite not knowing what happened to his mother, it's assumed that Shintaro was a widower before the series started.
